Third place: Daniel Vasta

Paul and Susan Kucera, both 75, of Binghamton, N.Y. walk back to their car after spending the day together at the Great New York State Fair, on the New York State Fairgrounds, in Syracuse, N.Y. on Aug. 29, 2016. The fair grounds were used as a military base until the war ended, and the fair reopened in 1948. The Great New York State Fair is the largest annual event in New York State, this year attracting just over one million visitors during its 12 days running.
